Weight Training Sessions (Group)

Weight Training Sessions (WTS) are done in a group format on the gym floor with up to 4 people per session.

These sessions are ideal for people who would like to benefit from Personal Training at a lower rate compared to one-to-one sessions.

If you enjoy training with other people and like a little bit of friendly competition, then these sessions would be perfect for you.

Monthly Subscription

You need to purchase a monthly subscription of at least 1 session per week to take part in these sessions.

£60 per month (£12.50) includes:

  • 4 x 1-hour sessions per month
  • Access to Trainerize and all workouts
  • Access to PT Minder to manage bookings
  • Monthly coaching

Weekly Session Top Ups

You can top up your sessions on a weekly basis at a reduced rate.

Reduced rates are applied for that week only and do not roll-over into the next week. For example, if you have a second session each week, then you would pay £10 extra per week for a second session.

£10 for the 2nd session
£7.50 for the 3rd session
£5 for the 4th session
