Nutrition is arguably as important as your fitness programming.

I have studied several courses to enhance my knowledge in nutrition and can help you achieve fat loss, build muscle and plan for a specific sporting even.

£20 per month includes:

  • Free initial consultation
  • Weekly food diary review and feedback
  • Weekly check-in and adjustments to calories & macro-nutrients
  • Advice on what food items to eat and alternatives
  • Unlimited support
  • Panic button

My approach to nutrition coaching is not to give set meal plans, because I do not believe in rigid diets, which are likely to be unsustainable in the long-term. I prefer a flexible approach and to equip the client with knowledge to make their own choices.
