8-Week Intensive Fat Loss Programme
The programme has been a success and I would be lying if I said it wasn’t one of the hardest things I have ever done. The classes were both structured and innovative, using a varied range of activities to target all the different muscle groups.
Robin was extremely dedicated and approachable whether it was a what’s app message at 5 in the morning or a last minute T3 session before a trip away. Robin was also very welcoming of suggestions and adapted the programme accordingly.
I have learnt more in the past 8 weeks than I have in my entirety at the gym, including correct form on numerous exercises, the importance of rest days and how to push myself further than I thought possible.
I am now treating this programme as a platform to progress from and using it as a change of lifestyle as opposed to a crash course.
I would and have recommended this to my friend who subsequently joined half way through the programme.
